At GB Collectables, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please read the policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns in line with UK consumer law.

You may request a return if:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is not as described
  • You change your mind (where applicable under distance selling regulations)

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including tags (if applicable).

2. Return Timeframe

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Once approved, items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior agreement
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on stock availability. If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

8. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are returned used, damaged, or altered.
